Tokyo!
I was in Tokyo for new years and saw all sorts of stuff, did all sorts of stuff, and it’s a lot to write about right now so in the meantime, you can look at my photographs on Flickr. The city was as big as I expected, and as varied, too.
Want to see all of the different neighborhoods I managed to get to in 4 little days? Flickr has this awesome feature that lets you tag a map with your photos. To the best of my memory, here is a pretty accurate representation of where I went. Much of it was on foot, though I also feel like I have a rudimentary fundamental understanding of how the JR and the Metro both work, too.
